Shipping Rates and Policies
Order Info: we accept orders by phone, web site, e-mail, or in person. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover as well as checks money order, PalPal & cash (in person only). All Prices subject to change.Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your opder please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date for a RA number with Return instructions. Return the items to us within 30 days for an exchange or complete refund of the purchase price (minus all shipping charges). Exchanged items will be subject to additional shipping charges. Any items returned without an RA number will be subject to a restocking fee. Warranties: All products we sell are covered under the manufacturers warranty. If you have a problem with any items please feel free to give us a call so we can resolve the problem immediately. If it is a clear warranty issue we may have you contact the manufacturer direct according to their individual policies. Backorders: If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will backorder it . Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible. We will notify you of any backorders on your order. |
