Before using Crystal Clear pHusion, make sure the alkalinity (carbonate concentration or buffering capacity) of your water is about 80 ppm.

If the pH is about 8.5-9.0 apply Crystal Clear pHusion. Most ornamental fish can adjust to a pH within 1 or 2 points from neutral (7.0), but it is very important to make pH changes gradually if fish are present. If possible, adjust pH before adding fish.

Crystal Clear pHusion will safely and efficiently lower the pH of an ornamental pond within safe ranges (6.5-9.0). If your water is hard or alkaline, a higher dose of Crystal Clear pHusion may be required.
